Clinic
BIH clinics take place on the Saturday of the 3rd year class weekend. They will be held at 1654 University Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94703. The fee for new clients is $75, payable one week in advance of the appointment to hold the space, and followup appointments are $50 which usually covers the remedy. Certain remedies may have to be ordered specially and these may require an additional $10 fee. 72 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment or the fee will be forfeited.
The cases are taken by graduate students, third year students, attending practitioners or instructors. All cases are supervised by a CHC certified instructor. All participants in the clinic will participate in the case analysis and case management discussions throughout the year as the cases are followed. The cases taken in clinic will be managed by the case taker under supervision, and these clients will follow the practitioners as they transition out of the clinic and begin to form their own practice.
